Developer Adrian Holloway spotted an ace development opportunity when his local tennis club relocated.
When Woodley Tennis Club merged with another local club Adrian spotted an opportunity for a great return to redevelop the lovely level site for three residential building plots.
Adrian said: “I needed finance to top up my own funds for this strategic purchase which was without planning permission. I felt confident that my game plan would be considered a winner by the planning department.”
Much to Adrian’s frustration he found that without planning permission in place traditional funders were not interested in supporting him. It was game over.
